Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly plans & targets and to track progress on daily basis.
• Track the runbook Preparation and schedule run book review with customer AO/stakeholders.
• Track the premigration activities of each application/workload on a daily basis.
• Ensure the Changes are raised well in advance & track the implementation for smooth migration.
• Ensure the migration activities are running as per schedule.

Required Experience/Skills

• 10+ Years of experience in driving large projects by coordinating with multiple application and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Good experience and understanding of Infra Components.
• Good experience in Application Support processes.
• Hands-on experience with Incident and problem management.
• Experience working with Service Now and Jira.
